Reading Books...........!

Books can calm you fatigue and stress, the researchers of Sassex Univ. have announced this. The other options for becoming tension and fatigue free are listening music, drinking a cup of lemon tree and travelling to the destination of your interest.
The researches have concluded that to get rid of stress related to office, school, shopping or home work fatigue is reading books.Your stress and fatigue level can come upto two third times less after 6 minutes of reading a book of interest.
