Change Your Bad Habits which may affect your Brain

These are some bad habits which you should change to boost up your Brain :-
AVOIDING BREAKFAST :- The brain of those who avoid breakfast due to any reason can be damaged as blood sugar level of these persons lowers down.

EATING TOO MUCH :- Too much eating not only causes obesity but affects our brain also.The arteries of brain may be hardened due to overeating and the brain may become weak due to this reason.

EATING TOO MUCH SUGAR :- Excess of sugar can not only develop diabetes but the process of protien absorption is also affected due to which there may be a loss in brain power.

SLEEPING LESS :- Sleep soothes the mind. But if there is lack of proper sleep than the degeneration process of brain cells is fastened.
Likewise if you sleep with covered mouth than the amount of oxygen diminishes and that of carbondioxide is increased. This also affects the brain badly.
Working during ailments may damage the brain and can affect the brain power.
Likewise delayed sleeping and delayed awakening, too much eating and avoiding breakfast can also affect the liver functioning.

SMOKING :- Due to smoking the nerves of brai can reduce and in future this may lead to alzimers.Moreover smoking affects each and every organ of our body badly. This may lead to impotency and in lack of sperms in semen also.
