5th June is World Environment Day.As a 'Jagrook'civilian it is our duty to Save water, Save electricity and Save plants.In this way we can Save this universe.
Let's do something in this way, together. As I am in Ghaziabad, I have requested the RWA Federation to do something along with Utkrishta-Bharat to save the environment of Hindon river.This could be a type of 'shramdan', where people will be requested to wash off Jalkumbhi's from the Hindon, in close supervision of Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam.
Plantation is also one of the most helpful tool in saving our environment.So, please every one should plant at least one plant, each year on 5th June.

After Junk Food, Its Junk Sleep Now
Our teenagers are now in the clutches of a new disorder-JUNK SLEEP.This is a type of disturbed sleep, where teenagers are not able to take sound sleep.On an average every individual in teenage requires eight hours of sound sleep.If this sleep is disturbed then the behaviour of child also disturbs.Such child is not able to concentrate in studies, sleeps during class and remains lazy throughout the day.
This is because teenagers are engaged in late night chatting and smsing to their friends.
The doctors say that the chemical helpful for better sleep is known as Melatonin and is secreted in night for three times :- At around 10-11 pm; At around 2 am; At around 5 am.
If one avoids this time, the sleep is also disturbed and in teenagers, it is called -JUNK SLEEP.
The time of dinner should be at least two hours before sleep and teenagers and even elderly should avoid junk food as well.

Change Your Bad Habits which may affect your Brain
These are some bad habits which you should change to boost up your Brain :-
AVOIDING BREAKFAST :- The brain of those who avoid breakfast due to any reason can be damaged as blood sugar level of these persons lowers down.
EATING TOO MUCH :- Too much eating not only causes obesity but affects our brain also.The arteries of brain may be hardened due to overeating and the brain may become weak due to this reason.
EATING TOO MUCH SUGAR :- Excess of sugar can not only develop diabetes but the process of protien absorption is also affected due to which there may be a loss in brain power.
SLEEPING LESS :- Sleep soothes the mind. But if there is lack of proper sleep than the degeneration process of brain cells is fastened.
Likewise if you sleep with covered mouth than the amount of oxygen diminishes and that of carbondioxide is increased. This also affects the brain badly.
Working during ailments may damage the brain and can affect the brain power.
Likewise delayed sleeping and delayed awakening, too much eating and avoiding breakfast can also affect the liver functioning.

Researchers in Brooklyn are experimenting with a single dose of drug, delivered to the areas of brain critical for holding specific types of memory lpke emotional associations, spatial knowledge or motor skills.
The drug blocks the activity of a substance that the brain apparently needs to much of its learned information.And if enhanced, the substance could help ward off dementia's and other memory problems.
So far the research has been done on animals, but in future this will be a boon for lac's of people who really want to get rid of sad and shocking memories.

Books can calm you fatigue and stress, the researchers of Sassex Univ. have announced this. The other options for becoming tension and fatigue free are listening music, drinking a cup of lemon tree and travelling to the destination of your interest.
The researches have concluded that to get rid of stress related to office, school, shopping or home work fatigue is reading books.Your stress and fatigue level can come upto two third times less after 6 minutes of reading a book of interest.
